1 heaping scoop Help Hair® Shake – Best with Vanilla or Berrylicious Help Hair Whey Protein
2 cups frozen banana and blueberries
Mix with 12-16 oz of water or milk to your liking. Try with strawberry or raspberry non-fat Greek Yogurt for extra protein and a creamier taste

Help Hair® Shake All Star Daily Power Workout

1 heaping scoop Help Hair® Shake
Mix with favourite yogurt, peanut butter or Nuts4Hair for extra protein
Mix with 12-16 oz of water. Add Egg Whites for even more protein!
Crushed ice

Help Hair Strawberry Cheesecake
1 heaping scoop Help Hair® Shake – Try with Vanilla or Super Greens
4 tbsp reduced-fat Sour Cream
1 cup fresh or frozen Strawberries
Mix with Water or Ice to your liking

Help Hair® Speedy Coffee Hair Shake:
1 heaping scoop Help Hair® Chocolate, Vanilla or Mocha Frappe Shake
1 scoop of instant coffee (80-100mg caffeine)
Blend with ice and water or milk. Do not heat.
Alternatively use Coffee-flavoured Ice Cream instead of ice and water for a sweeter shake.
A small amount of Caffeine has been shown to increase hair regrowth.

1 cup mixed berries
½ cup of breakfast oats
2 tbsp chopped almonds
1 large egg white, optional
1 cup water or milk, with a handful of ice
