Description
Cialis is a prescription only medication for treating erectile dysfunction in men. It contains the medication Tadalafil which is a Phosphodiesterase Type 5 inhibitor (PDE 5), which works by causing smooth muscle relaxation of the arteries involved in causing an erection. This allows for better blood flow to the penis, and improve your ability to achieve and maintain an erection during sexual activity.
Cialis will only help to gain and maintain an erection when there is sexual stimulation alongside the medication. The effects of Cialis can last for up to 36 hours, and the medication comes in three strengths: 5mg, 10mg, 20mg. The 5mg Cialis tablet is a once a day medication, that removes the need for planning and will allow for a more spontaneous sex life. 5mg Cialis is best taken if you wish to have regular, frequent sex.
